In Propositions 3.5 and 3.6 of the author's paper [ibid. 52, 305-318 (1992; Zbl 0782.94026)] the definitions of the functions \(e: {\mathcal F}\to [0, 1]\) should be revised but this does not affect the conclusions in Sections 4-9.
