A survey of results on flat immersion metrics into \(E^4\) is given. These immersions are represented in the form of surfaces with zero Gaussian torsion. The class of surfaces whose Gaussian curvature coincides with torsion \((k = \kappa)\) is presented. Immersions and bendings of a horocycle of Lobachevskij plane in a surface form in \(E^4\) are constructed.
