The authors study transversality, boundary-transversality and weak- boundary-transversality on infinite-dimensional manifolds with corners. Some parametrized theorems on the density of weak-boundary-transversality and boundary-transversality generalizing the classical results of Abraham and Quinn are also obtained. For more details concerning manifolds with corners we refer to the second and third authors' monograph [`Differential Topology', North-Holland, Math. Stud. 173, Amsterdam (1992; Zbl 0760.57001)].
