A construction of exceptional simple graded Lie algebras of the second kind (Q1898252)

A graded Lie algebra \({\mathfrak g}\) is called of the second kind if \(\text{length} ({\mathfrak g})= \text{depth} ({\mathfrak g}) =2\). In [J. Math. Soc. Japan 45, 1-19 (1993; Zbl 0790.17015)]\ \textit{S. Kaneyuki} has given a classification of exceptional real simple graded Lie algebras of the second kind. In the article under review, the author gives a brief account of explicit realizations of them. The results are listed in a table.
