Parameter-transformation relations for travelling wave solutions of KdV- Burgers equation (Q1898435)

The author considers the parameter-transformation relations for bounded nontrivial travelling wave solutions of the KdV-Burgers equation \[ {\partial u \over \partial t} + u {\partial u \over \partial x} - v {\partial^2u \over \partial x^2} + \gamma {\partial^3u \over \partial x^3} = 0. \] It is shown that the saddle-focus heteroclinic travelling wave solutions cannot represent the cascading down process of an eddy in turbulence.
