\(K\)-automorphism class groups of algebras of binary functions over reflexive relations are studied in the paper. It is shown that the \(K\)- automorphism class group of an algebra and the groupoid of binary functions coincide. Outer automorphism class groups are described and new properties of \(K\)-automorphism groups over partial orders are established. Finally, \(K\)-isomorphism class algebras of binary functions are investigated.
