Optimization of the control of dynamical and dynamic-logical systems is considered under conditions of mono- and multiextremality. A minimum principle for the generalized work functional is proposed. Simple adaptive algorithms for optimizing prediction control with automatic prediction time adjustment at each control step are constructed.
