With the stated aim of improving an inequality of \textit{M. S. Klamkin} [SIAM Rev. 27, 576 (1985)], the author proves another inequality for a simplex in \(n\)-dimensional Euclidean space, which has as corollaries several improved versions of Klamkin's inequality. The author fails to mention that all the corollaries to his main inequality (Theorem 1) had already appeared in print, in his paper in Northeast. Math. J. 7, No. 4, 424-427 (1991; Zbl 0767.51014), so that only Theorem 1 is new.
