In optimal control theory, the problem of synthesis has occupied a central position, but at present time success has been achieved only for dynamical systems with low dimension; this is the celebrated Letov-Kalman problem. In a former paper of three of the authors, a new formulation of the synthesis problem was proposed and an algorithm for the operation of a controller for optimizing dynamical systems with a single input was described. In the present paper, these investigations are extended for systems with many inputs which are considerably more complicated for synthesis because of complicated interaction of the different components of the control.
