A theorem is given to guarantee the existence of a piecewise continuous control \(u(t)\) in order to obtain a solution to the boundary value problem \[ \begin{cases} \dot x = f(t, x, u),\\ x_i(0)= 0,\;x_j(1)= x^j_k,\;i= 1,\dots, n,\;j= 1,\dots, r,\end{cases} \] where \(r\leq n\).
