An object described by a system of nonlinear ordinary differential equations is considered. The presence of unknown parameters in an unobserved linear subsystem is a characteristic property of the class of objects under consideration. A theorem on the asymptotic stability of solutions of the initial system closed by control and adaptation units is proved.
