The explicit modular parametrization by \(X(12)\) of the elliptic curve \(Y^2= X^3+1\) is constructed. As an application, an infinite order point on the curve \(Y= X^3- p^3\) is given for \(p\equiv 7\pmod {24}\) by considering a quadratic twist.
