A class of pulse control systems described by functional-integral equations is considered. An averaging method is used for transforming these equations into an equivalent form. This allows (under suitable assumptions) to extend the criteria of absolute stability for continuous nonlinear nonstationary systems to pulse systems with a nonstationary linear part.
