The authors derive a physical model for the nonstationary deformation of a viscoelastic shell under the action of periodic pulses of external pressure. This model takes into account the energy dissipation, the heat flux, and the dependency of material parameters on the temperature. The Kelvin-Voigt model is used to describe the viscoelastic behaviour of the material.
