This is a continuation (Sections 6-10) of Part I [ibid. 38, No. 7, 47-56 (1994; Zbl 0936.47019)]. The author proves a number of theorems concerning surjectivity criteria of a convolution operator \(L_a: H(E+B)\to H(E)\), the space of functions analytic on \(E\subset\mathbb{R}\) and the symbol \(a= a(\lambda)\) being an entire function of exponential type.
