The paper is devoted to the problem of statistical analysis of a logic- dynamic system which contains logic and dynamic levels. It is supposed that the operation of the logic element is unreliable. The analysis leads to a generalized Fokker-Planck-Kolmogorov equation for the evolution of the probability density of the phase coordinates of the logic-dynamic system and to subsequent moments equations. This generalized FPK equation can also be applied to processes with absorption on a fuzzy boundary. It finally leads to equations for the probability moments of a Gaussian approximation of the probability density. The whole analysis remains rather conceptual and a little obscure. Even the example, with a lack of a clear explanation of what it is all about, does not look very real and is anyway not able to clarify very much the situation. Maybe, for people very well acquainted with the FPK equations the presentation could be profitable. However, the general reader will probably not have a clear understanding of the initial problem, the reason for the proposed approach and the final result. The absence of a conclusion does not help to clarify the objectives of the authors.
