The author develops a model of a universe of globally 4-momentum conserving interactions of the gravitational forces (in the context of GR) with the other three forces of nature. Significant features of this model are: (a) It satisfies the essential requirement of the strong equivalence principle; (b) it is independent of the curved spacetime concepts; (c) gravitational processes become direct particle/particle interactions which are arbitrated by wave processes; (d) the essential singularities do not exist when the effects of source angular-momentum are included.
