A microscopic theory is developed to describe the effect of structural relaxation and viscoelasticity on diffusion in a binary polymer solution. It is shown that the dynamics of concentration fluctuations is affected by the solution of viscoelasticity only if there is a difference in the specific volumes between polymer and solvent components.
