As in part one (see the review above), the existence question for \(c\)-ary perfect maps is considered. Combining the results of part one with some generalizations of the techniques of \textit{C. J. Mitchell} [Des. Codes Cryptography 4, No. 4, 341-368 (1994; Zbl 0807.94010)]\ \(c\)-ary perfect maps are constructed for a large class of parameter sets.
