Circuit separation for symmetric matroids (Q1906760)

Symmetric matroids and associated delta matroids are generalizations of the concept of finite matroid first introduced by \textit{A. Bouchet} [Math. Program. 38, 147-159 (1987; Zbl 0633.90089)] and then studied by several authors including the author of the present paper. This paper is some further work on symmetric matroids the purpose of which is to provide several new results concerning symmetric matroids with separate or weakly separate circuits, respectively. Interpretation of these results for delta matroids together with some additional results concerning symmetric and delta matroids are given, as well.
