Interpolation perturbation method for solving the boundary layer type problems (Q1910345)

The paper deals with singularly perturbed second-order ordinary differential equations. For a two-point boundary value problem a modification of the multiple scales method is studied. As usually, the solution of the problem is looked for as a sum of the external part and the internal part. The approach used to construct the internal solution is tested by numerical examples that show high accuracy of the proposed method.
