The purpose of this paper is to give a new direct proof of one of Kasparov's results: Let \(G=\text{SO}(2n,1)\) be the Lorentz group and \(K=\text{SO}(2n)\), then \(KK_G (\mathbb{C},\mathbb{C}) \cong KK_K(\mathbb{C},\mathbb{C})\).
