An algorithm is presented to determine if a unit integral quadratic form is weakly nonnegative. This algorithm provides a set of vectors that allow the authors to calculate several invariants of the quadratic form. The paper concludes with a brief survey of the authors' main motivation for this work and several examples illustrating the relationship to the representation theory of finite algebra over a field.
