Time-invariant linear dynamical systems comprise a class of well solved problems. This paper employs relational control structures (algebras) to describe such systems, but further shows that properties in this approach extend to nonlinear cases. Relational control structures are defined, and a transition method is given to transform a dynamical system into a relational control structure. The property of time-invariance is described in terms of a relational control structure, and properties to move any given state into a desired state are defined for a relational control structure. This paper is well written in simple but rigorous mathematics. The approach is conspicuous by its absence in control theory. In retrospect, the theory appears obvious, but this is the case with most important theories. In summary, this appears to be an important step in nonlinear dynamical systems.
