The author considers a linear multivariable system with feedback law constructed by means of sampling of a given period. The plants he considers, are the plants described in part I of the paper [ibid., 974-987 (1994; Zbl 0851.93062)]. He finds the set of all discrete computer programs which provide the stability of the closed-loop system.
