    The problem of optimization of linear dynamic systems in which only the inertial control which cannot instantaneously change their values is considered. The assumption that the control inertness is rather low (fast response control) is made. An asymptotic method of solving the problem with the fast-response controller is proposed. Using this asymptotic approach it is possible in a relatively simple manner to correct the points of switching of the optimal control relating to this problem. Owing to this it is possible to derive the solution of the initial problem at any prescribed asymptotic accuracy. The proposed approach makes it possible to circumvent the difficulties associated with the phase constraints imposed on the output signal of the controller. The constraints result from the considered class of fast response control.
