A parametrization approach is used to deal with the disturbance decoupling problem with stability of nonlinear systems. It is shown that one may cast within this approach two different methods proposed earlier. A complete solution is also provided to the disturbance decoupling problem with stability for a restricted class of nonlinear systems.
