The main purpose of the paper is to generalize the Poisson reduction theorem of Marsden-Weinstein-Ratiu in order to include the reduction for Poisson-Nijenhuis manifolds and for complementary 2-forms. In particular, the reduction is obtained via Hamiltonian group action and momentum maps.
