There are considered quadratic vector fields on the real plane with exactly two singular points, one of them nonelementary. Any such vector field can be reduced to one of four normal forms, depending on two real parameters. Bifurcation diagrams for the families of normal forms are constructed and corresponding 68 phase portraits are drawn. (Three times numerical calculation is used). The main tool of investigation is semi-complete families of rotated vector fields.
