The authors construct approximate eigenfunctions of the operator \(-\varepsilon\Delta+ (V(x),\nabla)\) on \(L^2(\mathbb{R}^n)\) for \(\varepsilon\) small. The eigenfunctions concentrate in a neighborhood of invariant \(k\)-tori of the vector field \(V\).
