``The aim of this paper is to present some results related to the scaling problem for `Arnold tongues' that was stated in [\textit{V. I. Arnol'd}, Am. Math. Soc., Transl., II. Ser. 46, 213-284 (1965); translation from Izv. Akad. Nauk. SSSR, Ser. Mat. 25, 21-86 (1961; Zbl 0135.42603)]. The results are obtained via an approach based on renormalization.'' The paper is written in a very compact form. Proofs are outlined or omitted.
