The submanifold of self-dual codes in a Grassmann manifold (Q1917007)

A criterion for self-duality (resp. self-orthogonality) of a linear code is given in terms of its coordinates in the Grassmannian manifold. Large parts of the paper (in particular the section on ``Self-dual embedding of linear codes'') are more or less trivial, mainly because the authors don't give precise definitions (for instance: what is a self-dual embedding?) and because of their inaccurate use of mathematical symbols (for instance: a subspace of some vector space is not the same thing as a matrix).
