The authors consider weighted nonlinear elliptic boundary problems. The weight satisfies conditions similar to the one considered by Murthy-Stampacchia for second-order weighted linear operators. The existence of a weak solution (in a suitable Sobolev space) is proved, under a suitable growth condition, using Leray-Lions theorem.
