We have discuss the flow of an elastico-viscous fluid in the annulus of two porous coaxial circular cylinders, firstly when both the boundaries are rotating with different angular velocities, and secondly if one is moving axially and the other is at rest. We obtain the exact solution for all values of the parameters involved in a second order fluid.
