Some equidistributed statistics on Genocchi permutations (Q1918899)

The Genocchi permutations are linked to the Genocchi numbers just as the alternating permutations are linked to the Euler numbers. The study of Genocchi permutations is, however, still in its infancy; with results for continued fraction expansion of a generating function having been only recently obtained. This paper investigates three bivariate statistics defined on the Genocchi permutations, and by means of both analysis and combinatorics reveals they are equidistributed.
