The author considers the solvability of systems of Volterra integral equations with unknown lower limits of integral. These equations describe some models of developing economics and arise in the class of economic-mathematical models with controlled liquidation of obsolete production units under technological change. The integral equation with unknown upper limit of integral arises in dual problems for optimal control by such models.
