We consider some approach to the problem of changing the notion of finiteness in the alternative set theory (AST) under the process of ``shifting the horizon''. This process is accompanied with the advent of ``novel finite'' numbers. The fuzziness of the notion of finiteness is characterized by the property of closedness under taking reasonable operations. Is it possible to assert that the totality of ``novel finite'' number will be equally fuzzy? The present article is devoted to this question.
