The author defines a certain tensor product of (ordered) Banach spaces with so-called ``mixed norm'' and the idea of ``summing'' and ``tame'' linear operators. Appealing to previous work, he then observes that the dual space of the tensor product mentioned above can be isometrically identified with either the set of all tame, or all summing, operators between appropriate component spaces of the tensor product.
