The paper is concerned with the investigation of the first boundary problem for linear parabolic equations in non-divergence form with discontinuous coefficients at higher derivatives. We obtain conditions for solution regularity which seem to be more easily verifiable and convenient for applications than the Cordes conditions, though both conditions mean some closeness of coefficients to ones of a `good' equation.
