This paper deals with \(G\)-convergence of parabolic operators of nondivergence form. Under certain restrictions placed on the class of admissible \(G\)-limiting operators, the relationship between the \(G\)-convergence of these operators and the weak convergence of solutions of corresponding diffusion equations is established. Results concerning the limit behaviour of these solutions enable one to work out practical methods for constructing \(G\)-limiting operators.
