Given a smooth fiber bundle \((E, \pi, B)\) equipped with a co-regular projection \(\pi\), it is shown that there exists a canonical isomorphism of categories between the category of vector fields on the fiber bundle which are transversal to fibers and satisfy certain Finsler indicatrix-type conditions on fibers, and the category of pairs consisting of smooth morphisms \(j: E\to T(B)\) and certain basic differential forms on the total space of the bundle.
