Model equations are derived which describe magnetic field generation and evolution uniformly with respect to amplitude of the solution, which cover both the linear and nonlinear stages. It is shown that the initial linear stage of the mean magnetic field generation is small and independent of the Reynolds number as the Reynolds number becomes large. This means that the ``fast'' turbulent dynamo effect is described.
