Given a state-space representation of a reachable and observable system, one derives a novel and complete formula of generalized Bezout identity in polynomial description. The generalized state-space representation is also considered. Two pole-assignment problems can be solved only by constant matrix manipulations. Finally an example illustrates the obtained results.
