The author extends some results of Quillen, Bismut and Freed to manifolds with boundary and also presents some surgery results for the local and global anomalies whenever a fibration \(\Psi:M\to B\) of closed manifolds defining a family of generalized Dirac operators is cut along a fibering hypersurface \(H\), producing two families of generalized Dirac operators on manifolds with boundary.
