The purpose of the paper is to prove a parametrized version of the Borsuk-Ulam theorem extending the result of \textit{S. M. Kahn} on the Borsuk-Ulam theorem for maps of manifolds using Bredon operations and Conner-Miller characteristic classes [CMS Conf. Proc. 2, Part 2, 157-163 (1982; Zbl 0554.57020)], see also [the authors, Topology Appl. 63, 39-52 (1995; Zbl 0827.55009)].
