The author presents, in the framework of Liao's theory, an equivalent condition, in terms of nonuniformly hyperbolic dominated splitting on the set of periodic points, for a \(C^1\) vector-field on a closed manifold without singularities to possess the so-called ``\(C^1\) weak-star property''.
