The considered model consists of \(N\) coupled binary neurons whose synaptic change is done via a temporal asymmetric update rule and outputs depend on some external Gaussian noise. After strengths and outputs have been computed, one investigates network behavior using dynamic mean field theory approach. One computes a site independent functional and translate it back to a single neuron equation for the mean field, depending only on time. This should be the main result of the paper. Some numerical simulations are performed.
