In this article the author continues and generalizes the results of his paper [Sib. Math. J. 52, No. 3, 544-553 (2011); translation from Sib. Mat. Zh. 52, No. 3, 690-700 (2011; Zbl 1273.17007)]. He describes the conjugacy classes of finite subgroups in certain split extensions using the notion of 1-cocycle and 1-coboundary with values in a non commutative group. He shows that every finite subgroup of the automorphism group of a free Lie algebra of rank 3 is a conjugate of a subgroup of the linear automorphism group provided that the group order does not divide the characteristic of the ground field.
