The aim of the paper is a classification of Artin-Schelter regular graded algebras of global dimension 5 which are generated by two elements of degree 1 and with three defining relations of degree 4. It is assumed that some generic conditions on coefficients of defining relations are satisfied. It is shown that there exist exactly 9 classes of these algebras and they are domains. These algebras are strongly Noetherian, Auslander regular and Cohen-Macaulay.
