The connections between fuzzy sets and algebraic hyperstructures have been already considered by Corsini, Davvaz, Leoreanu-Fotea, Zahedi and many others. In this paper, using the new concept of fuzzy preordered semigroup, the authors construct an associated semihypergroup. Based on this construction, they show that every complete semihypergroup derives from a fuzzy preordered semigroup. Moreover, they present a construction of a fuzzy hyperring from a fuzzy preordered ring.
